Phase two of works to remodel and refurbish three upper levels of the Centre for Innovation to create 940sqm of high quality office space to accommodate up to 10 businesses.
In addition to upgrading the MEP services, extensive rooftop PV was installed and contemporary glass balustrading added to the fourth floor balcony. At ground floor level, the reception area was also modernised.
