Significant internal remodeling and building services refurbishment undertaken as part of major investment plans to meet the client’s growth in demand for API, coupled with the need to deliver on accelerated and integrated drug development programs.
Work included major alterations to the existing plant room, a reconfiguration of the internal ground floor to allow for the installation of fume cupboards and complex installation of MEP services. Additionally, specialist equipment was installed which required complex planning due to long lead-in times.
