Surgo has formally handed over the upgrade and refurbishment of a redundant warehouse for a high-end retailer in Washington.
The project was worth £2.7m and Surgo was appointed by Silverstone Building Consultancy (Silverstone).
Occupying some 22,000 sqm of warehousing floorspace and with 24 loading bays, the finished scheme incorporated offices, a recreation area, kitchens and a photographic studio which is in regular use for fashion shoots for the retailer’s digital platform.
Surgo also undertook extensive remodelling of the parking facilities providing over 100 additional parking spaces and new traffic control measures.
