The breadth of our expertise is clear to see in our housing work which spans a range of housing types – from the construction and refurbishment of affordable housing for social landlords and private housing developments for local developers, to student accommodation blocks and one off high specification projects, such as Swinburne House (featured) for private clients.
A large proportion of our work has always been in the housing sector and we are fortunate in being able to switch our pace and approach quite easily from multi million pound education or commercial schemes into residential projects.
Additionally, our contracts within residential communities have provided SURGO with a great deal of experience of working co-operatively with neighbours in an open and friendly manner and keeping them fully abreast of construction programmes or any potential hazards.
