Brief description of works
First phase was major extension to provide new teaching facilities. Demolition of existing buildings allowed phase two to proceed. College operational throughout the contract period.
Works to phase one were completed 10 weeks early.
Project procured under a two stage process, operating on an open book basis.

Full building management system for energy use. Grey water harvesting system. Passive ventilation. ‘Green’ specification.

Variety of standard ‘Egan compliant’ forms with back to back conditions relating to the main contract.
